ORDERING PROCESS
You will receive a first automatic confirmation email once your payment is processed. If you have chosen delivery, our customer service will call you within 24H following your payment to confirm your delivery date preference based on our schedule (see delivery schedule below).
Once your order processed within our system,

FOR PICK-UP: You will receive an email and whatsapp message to confirm when you can come to collect your products.

FOR DELIVERIES: Our customer service will give you a call 30 minutes prior to your delivery, on the agreed date, to confirm that you are home.
On average your order will be ready within 3 to 5 business days, after your payment.
PICK-UP LOCATION
If you choose this pick up products instead of delivery, we will invite you to visit Bon Chef HK facilities:

We are open Monday to Friday, from 10AM to 6 PM.
Your pick-up date will be confirmed with you by phone and email.
DELIVERY AREAS & SCHEDULE
We can deliver everywhere in Hong Kong island, in Kowloon and new territories.

Delivery will not take place on public holidays.
We deliver between 10 AM and 6 PM. We cannot guarantee a shorter time window. Our delivery team will call you 30 minutes prior to delivery time, to inform you of their arrival.
PAYMENT METHODS
We do not accept payment by cash on delivery. All our customers must pay their order before our teams can proceed further.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY DELAY
At reception of your payment proof, our customer service will call you to confirm preferred delivery/pick-up date within 3 to 5 days (for deliveries, see DELIVERY AREAS & SCHEDULE section). An email confirmation will be sent shortly after to confirm the agreed delivery/pick-up date.
For both delivery and pick-up, if our Customer Service fails to reach you by phone, we will email you 2 date options, with a confirmation deadline of 10 calendar days.
IN CASE OF NO CONFIRMATION
Due to logistics constraints, please note that we will not be able to keep your products beyond that 10-day deadline.
Shall we not manage to get a confirmation by email or phone, your order will be automatically canceled. No refund can be granted in case of failure to confirm a delivery/pick-up deadline. Beyond the cancellation date, we can re-arrange goods delivery/pick-up, but with no guarantee of products' availability.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Please try to make sure someone is home to collect the goods. Our products being frozen, they should be stored at -18°C and will thaw if left at room temperature for too long. DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE THAWED.
Shall our delivery team fail to hand over the goods in person, they will be instructed to leave them at your door.
PICK-UP CONDITIONS
We invite you to visit us on the date agreed by phone and confirmed by email. Our facilities are open every weekday from 10 AM and 6 PM.
Our products being frozen, they should be stored at -18°C and will thaw if left at room temperature for too long. We recommend you to bring ice bags to carry your product from our facilities to your home. DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE THAWED.
BREAKAGE
Customer are requested to examine the goods immediately up on delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service 2907 8840 at the time of delivery (Mon-Fri from 9 am to 5 pm) or send us an email to [email protected] otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, we cannot offer refund in cash nor bank transfer. However refund amount can be deducted from the customer's next order(s). Customers will be offered a discount worth of the total value of their initial purchase, or (if the amount exceeds HK 400) several smaller discount codes whose accumulated total value will be worth of the initial purchase.
The validity date remains at Bon Chef HK discretion but shall not be less than:

4 months for a total value between $ 501 and HK$ 1,000

6 months for a total value of more than HK$ 1,000.
REFUND/REPLACE POLICY
It is the receiver's responsibility to check the condition of any goods received, at the time of delivery.
Shall Bon Chef HK accept the refund request from a customer, the latter will be offered a discount worth of the total value of their initial purchase, or (if the amount exceeds HK 400) several smaller discount codes whose accumulated total value will be worth of the initial purchase.

FORCE MAJEURE
Bon Chef HK shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of fire, flood, typhoon, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Bon Chef HK.
DISPUTE
Bon Chef HK may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, Bon Chef HK's determination shall be final.
